New mechanic: Charging the bow!

By holding the shoot button you will now charge your bow! 

If you don't hold long enough, you won't be able to shoot!

But if you hold for too long, your grip will loosen and you'll have to charge again!

Also added the Main Menu with controls to boost clarity!
